HB 1475 is a bad bill that threatens my business and my livelihood.

I am one of the thousands of Florida voters employed by the hemp industry – an industry responsible for 15,000+ jobs, $6+ billion in revenue, $15+ billion in economic impact, and 18,000+ acres of farm land here in the Sunshine state.

The hemp industry generated over $360,000,000 in sales tax revenue for the state of Florida in 2022 – but HB 1475 would decimate our industry.

Please vote NO on HB 1475. We’re counting on you to save our farms, our families, and our jobs.
