The Florida Healthy Alternatives Association (FLHAA) is a Florida 501(c)(6) trade association for hemp retailers, manufacturers, and healthy-alternatives businesses. Retailer Access is built for independent and single-location retailers: an affordable way to fund the lobbying and legal strategy that protects the industry, and to keep your store informed as the rules change.
Why join before December 11, 2026? Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 takes effect that day, capping finished hemp products at 0.4 mg total THC per container. FLHAA's team engages lawmakers before bad policy is written and while it can still be changed, advocating for the Lawful Hemp Protection Act (H.R. 9830) and responsible regulation instead of a de facto ban. Every store that joins strengthens that effort.

Didn't the deadline move? Yes. Congress delayed most of Section 781's restrictions from November 12 to December 11, 2026 (H.R. 6500, signed September 2, 2026). One exception: cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce lost federal hemp status on November 12, 2026. State laws may impose earlier or stricter rules.
