The Florida Healthy Alternatives Association (FHAA) works within Florida laws and its own policies to oversee and positively regulate the cannabinoid market in Florida.

If a person suspects that a hemp-derived cannabinoid is being sold in violation of the provisions of Florida Law, they can use the complaint form below to report the issue to the FHAA. The person submitting the form will be asked to supply their contact information, the location of the alleged violation, along with a summary of the concern. You may be contacted by an FHAA representative if additional information is needed.
